   I have a lovely photo of a more modern stone rose here at my home area… I think mine was carved in the 1800 I am guessing this one is more like 1700″s??? lovely faces and things to photograph.

      Not sure when this one dates from – it’s well worn so could be from when the abbey was built in 1170. The better preserved faces are from the restoration in the 1950s.
